Finally after almost 12mths of planning and discussions, the moment of project launch had arrived.
I was on-site in Brussels to help the team from The Network launch their shining brand new CRM!
From Thursday – Tuesday, and most days being 12hr days, it was great to get the system live on schedule and as planned…
The big moment itself was pretty ordinary, but this photo signifies all the time, energy and effort was well spent, when we were finally able to send out all logins for users globally!!
And the best part, no big OMG ‘gotchas’! Only very minor issues after launch. Either due to people getting familiar with the new processes or new requirements which will be captured for the next phase.
